Refund Policy Of This Private Member Association
This Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between Pledg-ee and this Private Member Association regarding how and if refunds of pledged contributions will be provided.
Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. We are not one of those businesses. We are a Private Member Association with its own bylaws, and enforcement. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help avoid legal claims from members that are not satisfied with the products in comparison to the amount of support they pledged.
There are NO REFUNDS of pledged support nor asking for a refund. A member may discontinue their membership at any time, which will cancel any and all monetary commitments to the Private Member Association. If a member decides to return to the Private Member Association, a newly established membership will be required. With ALL STEPS needing to be repeated as the original INTAKE appointment.
